The methodology behind the ranking framework is guided by the Federation for World Academics (FWA). The FWA also plays the role of mentor for the IIRF Center for Institutional Research (ICIR). For Data Analysis, Data Collection, Data Management, and Statistical Research of all the Institutes, IIRF has appointed the MACTION Consulting Agency.
